Regrettably, due to the seat number restrictions now placed on Chapter House concerts by Fire Regulations. our prices have had to increasefor the 2011/2012 season.
Carols by Candlelight:
To provide flexibility in obtaining tickets for these hugely popular concerts, we areoffering 3 options in 2011/2012.1)
1) A limited number of tickets will be available immediately at £30 per ticket - applicationswill be limited through the Box Office to a maximum of 2 tickets each.
2) As usual, to ensure your choice of Carols by Candlelight concert, consider taking out a season ticket. For details and an application form click here. Until 4 October, if you purchase a season ticket you will automatically receive 1 Carols ticket and have the right to purchase another at the price of £25
3) The remaining tickets for Carols by Candlelight will be on sale at the Box Office inside the Minster on Saturday 3 December at 8:00am at a price of £19 (no concessions). Most people arrive much earlier to be sure of tickets. Tickets are allocated on a first come, first served basis, limited to a maximum of four per person.

Tickets for all concerts except Leake are available from the Box Office in the Minster by the South door. This is open Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 4.30pm, and 12.30 to4.30pm on Sunday, unless a service is in progress. If the Box Office in the Minster isclosed, you can pick up tickets from Church House, 10-14 Ogleforth, 9.00am to 4.30pmMonday to Friday.
